URGENT UNDERFUNDED FOR ATTENDING CODEX ALIMENTARIUS MEETING IN TWO WEEKS!
The National Health Federation wants to speak for you and your family in Beijing mid-March. The topic? Contaminants and additives in your food and water supply. Cumulative exposure to aluminum, especially in young, growing children and infants, spells neurological disaster. Aluminum is associated with significant central nervous system toxicity and bone and liver damage. Aspartame has over 90 side effects and is poison but it is creeping insidiously into milk, yogurt, and dairy products. Neotame is even worse than aspartame and is not required to be labeled. The Federation is flatly opposed to these contaminants and toxins being allowed by governmental and international bodies to be used in our foods. We are prepared to state our position and argue to the other Codex delegates against this nonsense taking place at Codex.
Did you know that BOTH aspartame and aluminum are in infant formula? Aluminum contaminates cheese, baking powder, and many other foods you and your family may eat every day. The National Health Federation thinks this is absolutely unacceptable and will be arguing at Codex against such food additives (we call them food contaminants), just as we have for many years now.
